Fertilisers that contain more than one nutrient. The nutrient breakdown is always stated in the same order, and is referred to in the industry as NPK (nitrogen, phosphate, potash). For example, fertiliser graded as 5-20-20 contains 5% nitrogen (N), 20% phosphorus (P2O5) and 20% potash (K2O) by weight.
