Lots of words have so far been spent to define what quality is. In fact, the term quality has been with us since the very dawn of civilization. Consumers, academicians, managers define quality in different ways from different perspectives. Summing up all we could say, in simple language, quality is 'Fitness for use'. And to ensure 'Fitness for use' a product has to depend on two specific things broadly; Product features and freedom from deficiencies.
