An online psycho-therapeutic approach that teaches people to change how they think about and respond to situations so that they feel and act better, even if the situations haven't changed. It works by helping people make sense of overwhelming problems through breaking the issues down into smaller pieces, which in turn makes it easier to see how the pieces are connected and how they affect people's emotions.
