Creative conflict

A form of conflict resolution suggested by the American social worker Mary Parker Follett in the early years of the twentieth century. It advocates that opposing views should not be fudged, compromised or avoided, but that a bold attempt be made to examine them with a view to integrating them and moving forward in a way that is in everyone's interest. A very modern view in many ways.
